Network Members
The Challenges
The existing MELP Portal had significant limitations that hindered effective collaboration and knowledge sharing among the diverse network of stakeholders.
Poor User Experience
Lacked required user experience and intuitiveness, making it difficult for members to navigate and use effectively.
Static Portal
Existing MELP Portal was static, providing little interaction capability among members and limited engagement.
No Feedback System
Portal did not provide members the ability to post feedback or share stories among themselves.
Missing Features
Portal lacked polls, events, and training capabilities for existing and newer members.
No Unified Search
Unified access and federated search missing, making it difficult to find relevant content and resources.
Poor Organization
Classifying and filing stories and resources under various buckets not available, leading to disorganized content.
